Hygiene concept is in place – we start again

Dear friends,

According to the new Corona Protection Ordinance of the Saxon State Ministry for Social Affairs and Social Cohesion on May 15 and 18, we are allowed to resume our socio-cultural work in various areas. We have set up a hygiene concept to protect all participants and employees and coordinated it with the city administration.

From Tuesday, June 2, 2020 we can reopen our meeting place, selected open offers, courses and other activities for you.

That means specifically

The door of the Treibhaus e.V. in Bahnhofstraße 56 is open for you again. However, the opening hours are limited from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Offers in the skating hall and in the Haus der Vielfalt also reopen under certain conditions. In consultation with course instructors, volunteers and those responsible, we have decided which events, offers and courses can take place in which framework and which unfortunately still have to be canceled.

What is going on?

Treibhaus e.V., Bahnhofstraße 56

• Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m .: Open house, possibility to use the youth media library
• Tuesday: self-help bicycle workshop (only with registration!)
• Tuesday, 4.30 p.m. to 6.00 p.m .: FormularLotse
• Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m .: Open screen printing workshop (only with registration!)

Haus der Vielfalt, Zwingerstraße 3/4

• Wednesday: 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sewing café

Skatehalle, Roßweiner Straße

• Wednesday, 4 p.m. to 6 p.m .: skate workshop

What does not take place

• The migration advice can only start again on Thursday, June 11, 2020 due to personnel reasons.
• Our courses for senior citizens pause until further notice.
• Due to the renovation work in the Café Courage, the youth café, open café and other events will not take place for the time being.

What is to be considered?

The general rules of conduct and recommendations apply in all rooms to prevent the spread of COVID-19:

• Only come to us if you feel fit and healthy.
• Disinfect your hands when entering the building.
• Please wear a mouth and nose cover.
• Follow the current distance rules of 1.5 meters.
• Wash your hands regularly and thoroughly.
• Observe the general sneeze etiquette.
• We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that people belonging to the Covid-19 risk group should stay at home. This is how you protect yourself and others.
• In order to understand chains of infection, we list all visitors. Of course, attention is paid to data protection.
• The use of all rooms and offers is limited in the number of participants. Please note the relevant information.
• We ask you to register for participation in offers and projects if possible.
